Hoch emetogene Chemotherapie: 8 mg als i.v. Inf. unmittelbar vor Therapie, dann p.o.
Alternativ für Patienten mit hohem Brechreizrisiko:
- 8 mg als i.v. Inf. unmittelbar vor Therapie, dann 2 Inf. von 8 mg im Abstand von 4 h oder kontinuierliche Inf. von 1 mg/h bis zu 24 h, dann p.o.
- 16 mg als i.v. Inf. unmittelbar vor Therapie, dann 2 Inf. von 8 mg im Abstand von 4 h oder kontinuierliche Inf. von 1 mg/h bis zu 24 h, dann p.o.
Mässig emetogene Chemotherapie/Strahlentherapie: 8 mg als i.v. Inf. unmittelbar vor Therapie, dann p.o.
Postoperativ (Prophylaxe und Therapie): 4 mg als i.v. Inj.
>65 Jahre: «FI».
<17 Jahre
Mässig bis hoch emetogene Chemotherapie: 6 Mon.–17 J.: 0,15 mg/kg (i.v. Inf. über min. 15 Min.) 30 Min. vor Therapie, nach 4 und 8 h wiederholen, dann p.o.
Postoperativ (Prophylaxe und Therapie): 1 Mon.–17 J.: 0,1 mg/kg als i.v. Inj., max. 4 mg (<4 Mon.: nicht wiederholen).
