Antineoplastika > Zytotoxische Antibiotika > Anthrazykline > Doxorubicin
Monotherapie: 75 mg/m2 alle 3 Wo.
Monotherapie bei vorbehandelten Patienten, Kombination: 30–60 mg/m2 alle 3 Wo.
Hämopathie: 0,6 mg/kg/Tag während 3 Tagen oder 0,8 mg/kg/Tag während 2 Tagen, in Abständen von min. 10 Tagen wiederholen.
Max. kumulative Dosis: 550 mg/m2 (400 mg/m2 falls Bestrahlung im Mediastinalbereich).
