>18 J. Variante 2: (10–)25–50 mg s.c. oder i.m., evtl. 2. Dosis mit 50 mg i.m. oder 25 mg i.v.
Kinder: 3 mg/kg oder 100 mg/m2 tgl. s.c. oder i.v. in 4–6 Dosen.

>18 J.: initial 12,5–25 mg s.c., dann gemäss Reaktion.
