Antithrombotiques > Antithrombine III
Indications
Prévention et traitement des thromboses veineuses profondes ou des thromboembolies lors de déficit héréditaire en antithrombine, év. en association à l'héparine; déficit acquis en antithrombine.
Posologie
Perf. i.v., max. 100 UI/min (adultes), év. dilué dans NaCl 0,9% ou glucose 5%; 1 UI/kg augmente l'activité de l'antithrombine de 1%; taux cible d'activité de l'antithrombine: min. 80%.
>6 ans: individuelle; au début: unités nécessaires = poids corporel (kg) × [valeur cible (%) – activité actuelle de l'antithrombine (%)], dose initiale usuelle: 30–50 UI/kg.
