Therapie
Antithrombotika > Antithrombin III
Indikation
Prophylaxe und Therapie von tiefen Venenthrombosen oder Thromboembolie bei hereditärem Antithrombin-Mangel, evtl. in Kombination mit Heparin; erworbener Antithrombin-Mangel.
Dosierung
I.v. Inf., max. 100 IE/Min. (Erw.), evtl. Verdünnung in NaCl 0,9% oder Glucose 5%; 1 IE/kg steigert die Antithrombinaktivität um 1%; angestrebte Antithrombinaktivität: min. 80%.
>6 J.: individuell; initial: erforderliche Einheiten = Körpergewicht (kg) × [Zielwert (%) – aktuelle Antithrombinaktivität (%)], übliche Anfangsdosis: 30–50 IE/kg.
