Dermatologie > Dermocorticoïdes > Classe III, activité élevée
Indications
Eczéma non infecté, prurigo nodulaire, psoriasis, lichen simplex, lichen plan, dermatite séborrhéique, allergie de contact, réactions aux piqûres d'insectes, lupus érythémateux cutané, adjuvant lors d'érythrodermie généralisée.
Posologie
>12 ans: 1–2×/j. (év. sous occlusion) jusqu'à 4 sem. jusqu'à amélioration, puis év. entretien avec application 1×/j. ou moins.
1–12 ans: «IPr».

Contre-indications
Rosacée, acné, prurit sans inflammation, prurit périanal, prurit génital, dermatite périorale, ulcères cutanés; infections cutanées virales, bactériennes ou dues à des levures; infections secondaires à Pseudomonas ou Proteus; allaitement (seins); <1 an.
