Thérapie
Antihypertenseurs > Alpha-bloquants
Indications
Urgences hypertensives, hypertension sévère ou réfractaire, abaissement tensionnel pendant et/ou après une intervention.
Posologie
Inj. i.v. ou perf. continue i.v.; perf: diluer p. ex. dans NaCl 0,9%, glucose 5% ou 10%.

Inj. i.v.: >18 ans: 10–50 mg i.v., év. répéter, puis év. perf. continue.
Perf. continue: >18 ans: au début: jusqu'à 2 mg/min, entretien: en moyenne 9 mg/h; durée du traitement: max. 48 h.
Abaissement tensionnel pendant et/ou après une intervention: «IPr».
