Thérapie
Indications
En association à l'AAS: prévention des événements athérothrombotiques lors d'un syndrome coronarien aigu traité par une intervention coronarienne percutanée.
Posologie
Indépendamment des repas; avec 75–325 mg d'AAS 1×/j.; durée du traitement: 15 mois; administrer la dose de charge chez les patients avec angor instable ou un infarctus du myocarde sans sus-décalage du segment ST au moment de l'ICP.
18–75 ans et >60 kg: au début 1×60 mg, puis 10 mg 1×/j.
18–75 ans et <60 kg: au début 1×60 mg, puis 5 mg 1×/j.
>75 ans: non recommandé, si nécessaire: au début 1×60 mg, puis 5 mg 1×/j.

Contre-indications
Saignements pathologiques aigus, AVC, AIT, insuffisance hépatique sévère; allaitement.
