Infections à bactéries anaérobies: au début 15 mg/kg, puis 7,5 mg/kg toutes les 6 h pendant 3 j., puis toutes les 12 h, max. 4 g/j.
Prévention: 15 mg/kg en 30–60 min, terminée 1 h avant l'intervention, év. encore 7,5 mg/kg après 6(–8) et 12(–16) h.
<12 ans
