Chimiothérapie hautement émétisante: 8 mg en perf. i.v. immédiatement avant la thérapie, puis p.o.
Alternatives pour patients à haut risque d'effet émétisant:
- 8 mg en perf. i.v. immédiatement avant la thérapie, puis 2 perf. de 8 mg à intervalles de 4 h ou perf. continue de 1 mg/h jusqu'à 24 h, puis p.o.
- 16 mg en perf. i.v. immédiatement avant la thérapie, puis 2 perf. de 8 mg à intervalles de 4 h ou perf. continue de 1 mg/h jusqu'à 24 h, puis p.o.
Chimiothérapie modérément émétisante/radiothérapie: 8 mg en perf. i.v. immédiatement avant la thérapie, puis p.o.
Postopératoire (prévention et traitement): 4 mg en inj. i.v.
>65 ans: «IPr».
<17 ans
Chimiothérapie modérément à hautement émétisante: 6 mois–17 ans: 0,15 mg/kg (perf. i.v. de min. 15 min) 30 min avant la thérapie, répéter après 4 et 8 h, puis p.o.
Postopératoire (prévention et traitement): 1 mois–17 ans: 0,1 mg/kg en inj. i.v., max. 4 mg (<4 mois: ne pas répéter).
