Monothérapie: 75 mg/m² toutes les 3 sem.
Monothérapie chez des patients déjà traités, association: 30–60 mg/m² toutes les 3 sem.
Hémopathie: 0,6 mg/kg/j. pendant 3 j. ou 0,8 mg/kg/j. pendant 2 j., répéter à intervalles de min. 10 j.
Dose cumulative max.: 550 mg/m² (400 mg/m² si radiothérapie du médiastin).
