Injection i.m. et s.c.: insuffisance surrénale et syndrome adrénogénital (en association à un minéralocorticoïde), affections rhumatismales aiguës, asthme, agranulocytose, thyroïdite, lupus érythémateux, pemphigus, dermatose aiguë, dermatomyosite, hémopathie aiguë, vomissements induits par les cytostatiques.
Injection locale: «IPr».
Situations menaçant le pronostic vital: 4–20 mg (4–5 min/ml), év. répéter.
COVID-19: >12 ans et >40 kg: 6 mg 1×/j. pendant jusqu'à 10 j.
Injection i.m., s.c.
4–8 mg/j.
