Thérapie
Anesthésiques généraux > Anesthésiques injectables > Etomidate
Indications
Induction d'une anesthésie générale, avec un analgésique pour une narcose de courte durée.
Posologie
Inj. i.v. en env. 30 sec, après prémédication évitant les myoclonies «IPr».
>15 ans: 0,15–0,3 mg/kg (patients âgés: 0,15–0,2 mg/kg), max. 60 mg.
6 mois–15 ans: 0,15–0,2 mg/kg.
>15 ans: 0,15–0,3 mg/kg (patients âgés: 0,15–0,2 mg/kg), max. 60 mg.
6 mois–15 ans: 0,15–0,2 mg/kg.
Contre-indications
Allaitement (jusqu'à 24 h après l'administration); <6 mois (sauf indication impérative).
