Therapie
Narkosemittel > Parenterale Anästhetika > Etomidat
Indikation
Einleitung einer Vollnarkose, zur Kurznarkose mit einem Analgetikum.
Dosierung
I.v. Inj. über ca. 30 Sek., nach Prämedikation zur Myoklonien-Verhinderung «FI».
>15 J.: 0,15–0,3 mg/kg (ältere Patienten: 0,15–0,2 mg/kg), max. 60 mg.
6 Mon.–15 J.: 0,15–0,2 mg/kg.
>15 J.: 0,15–0,3 mg/kg (ältere Patienten: 0,15–0,2 mg/kg), max. 60 mg.
6 Mon.–15 J.: 0,15–0,2 mg/kg.
Kontraindikation
Stillzeit (bis 24 h nach Applikation). <6 Mon. (ausser zwingende Indikation).
