Alzheimer, médications lors d’ > Antagonistes du NMDA
Indications
Maladie d'Alzheimer modérée à sévère (MMSE 3–19).
Posologie
Indépendamment des repas.
>18 ans: 1ère sem.: 5 mg 1×/j., 2e sem.: 10 mg 1×/j., 3e sem.: 15 mg 1×/j., dès la 4e sem.: 20 mg 1×/j.; max. 20 mg/j.
>18 ans: 1ère sem.: 5 mg 1×/j., 2e sem.: 10 mg 1×/j., 3e sem.: 15 mg 1×/j., dès la 4e sem.: 20 mg 1×/j.; max. 20 mg/j.

Divisible en 2 parts
Contre-indications
En association au dextrométhorphane; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.

En début de thérapie, application par ex. d'un test minimental. Première évaluation intermédiaire après trois mois et ensuite tous les six mois.
Pour le traitement des patients avec la maladie d'Alzheimer, qui présentent des valeurs MMSE1) de 3 jusqu'à 19 au début de la thérapie.
Si les valeurs MMSE sont inférieures à 3, il y a lieu d'interrompre la prise du médicament. La thérapie ne peut être appliquée qu'avec une préparation.
