Antihypertensiva > Angiotensin-II-Antagonisten > Irbesartan
Indikation
Essentielle Hypertonie, Nephropathie bei hypertonen Diabetikern Typ 2.
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
Essentielle Hypertonie: >18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 150 mg, evtl. auf 1×tgl. 300 mg erhöhen.
Diabetische Nephropathie: >18 J.: 1×tgl. 300 mg.
Essentielle Hypertonie: >18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 150 mg, evtl. auf 1×tgl. 300 mg erhöhen.
Diabetische Nephropathie: >18 J.: 1×tgl. 300 mg.
Kontraindikation
Gleichzeitig mit Aliskiren bei Diabetes oder Niereninsuffizienz (GFR <60 ml/Min./1,73 m2), gleichzeitig mit ACE-Hemmern bei diabetischer Nephropathie, hereditäres angioneurotisches Ödem, angioneurotisches Ödem nach ACE-Hemmern oder Angiotensin-II-Antagonisten, schwere Leberinsuffizienz. Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit.
