Indikation
Hypokaliämie bei Alkalose.
Dosierung
Nach dem Essen, Tagesdosen >30 mmol in 2–4 Gaben.
Erhalt: Erw.: 40–80 mmol tgl.; max. 150 mmol tgl.
Therapie: Erw.: 70–100 mmol tgl.; max. 150 mmol tgl.
Prophylaxe: Erw.: 30–50 mmol tgl.; max. 150 mmol tgl.

Kontraindikation
Hyperkaliämie, Niereninsuffizienz, Oligurie, Hypoaldosteronismus, schwere Dehydratation, schwere Verbrennungen, Magen-Darm-Ulzera, behinderte oder verzögerte Magen-Darm-Passage, gleichzeitig mit kaliumsparenden Diuretika, gleichzeitig mit Anticholinergika.
