Leukämie: Erw.: 15–30 mg/m2/Tag während 3 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen mit anderen antileukämischen Arzneimitteln.
Mammakarzinom (Monotherapie): Erw.: 45 mg/m2 an 1 Tag oder 15 mg/m2/Tag während 3 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen, evtl. alle 3–4 Wo. wiederholen.
Mammakarzinom (Kombinationstherapie): Erw.: 35 mg/m2 an 1 Tag mit Cyclophosphamid p.o.
