Antianämika/Hämoglobinopathien > Eisen
Indikation
Eisenmangel ab 18 J.
Dosierung
I.v. Inf. nach Verdünnung in NaCl 0,9% (100–200 mg: in max. 50 ml; 200–500 mg: in max. 100 ml, Infusionsdauer: min. 6 Min.; 500–1000 mg: in max. 250 ml, Infusionsdauer: min. 15 Min.) oder i.v. Inj. (Verabreichungsdauer: 200–500 mg: min. 1 Min./100 mg Eisen, 500–1000 mg: min. 15 Min.); Verabreichung während Hämodialyse «FI».
>18 J.: max. Einzeldosis: 15 mg/kg (i.v. Inj.) bzw. 20 mg/kg (i.v. Inf.), max. kumulative Dosis/Wo.: 1000 mg; hämodialysierte Patienten: max. 200 mg/Tag; kumulative Gesamtdosis: individuell «FI».
>18 J.: max. Einzeldosis: 15 mg/kg (i.v. Inj.) bzw. 20 mg/kg (i.v. Inf.), max. kumulative Dosis/Wo.: 1000 mg; hämodialysierte Patienten: max. 200 mg/Tag; kumulative Gesamtdosis: individuell «FI».
Kontraindikation
Anämie ohne gesicherten Eisenmangel, Eisenüberladung. Schwangerschaft (1. Trimenon; 2. und 3. Trimenon «FI»).
