Antineoplastika > Proteinkinase-Inhibitoren > Andere Proteinkinase-Inhibitoren
Indikation
Inoperable oder metastasierte gastrointestinale Stromatumoren (GIST) mit einer PDGFRA-D842V-Mutation als Monotherapie ab 18 J., fortgeschrittene systemische Mastozytose (inkl. aggressive systemische Mastozytose, systemische Mastozytose mit assoziierter hämatologischer Neoplasie, Mastzellleukämie) als Monotherapie ab 18 J. nach min. einer systemischen Therapie und Thrombozytenzahl ≥50×109⁄l, indolente systemische Mastozytose mit mittelschweren bis schweren Symptomen ab 18 J. bei unzureichender Kontrolle unter symptomatischer Behandlung und Thrombozytenzahl ≥50×109/l.
Dosierung
Nüchtern, min. 1 h vor oder 2 h nach dem Essen.
GIST mit PDGFRA-D842V-Mutation: >18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 300 mg, dann individuell anpassen, max. 1×tgl. 300 mg.
Fortgeschrittene systemische Mastozytose: >18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 200 mg, dann individuell anpassen, max. 1×tgl. 200 mg.
Indolente systemische Mastozytose: >18 J.: max. 1×tgl. 25 mg.
GIST mit PDGFRA-D842V-Mutation: >18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 300 mg, dann individuell anpassen, max. 1×tgl. 300 mg.
Fortgeschrittene systemische Mastozytose: >18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 200 mg, dann individuell anpassen, max. 1×tgl. 200 mg.
Indolente systemische Mastozytose: >18 J.: max. 1×tgl. 25 mg.
Kontraindikation
Fortpflanzung beim Mann (bis 2 Wo. nach Therapie), Fortpflanzung bei der Frau (bis 6 Wo. nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit (bis 2 Wo. nach Therapie).
