Bronchitis, leichte Pneumonie: 3×tgl. 250 mg, max. 4 g tgl.
Sinusitis: 3×tgl. 250 mg während 10 Tagen, max. 4 g tgl.
Schwere Infektionen (z.B. Pneumonie) oder Infektionen durch weniger empfindliche Erreger: 3×tgl. 500 mg, max. 4 g tgl.
Kinder
Übliche Dosierung: >1 Mon.: 20 mg/kg/Tag in 2–3 Gaben «FI».
Bronchitis und Pneumonie: >1 Mon.: 20 mg/kg/Tag in 3 Gaben.
Otitis media, Sinusitis, schwere Infektionen oder Infektionen durch weniger empfindliche Erreger: >1 Mon.: 40 mg/kg/Tag in 2–3 Gaben «FI»; <6 J.: max. 1 g tgl.
