Kardiaka > Transthyretin-Amyloidose
Indikation
Transthyretin-Amyloidose (Wildtyp oder hereditär) mit Kardiomyopathie.
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten; die Kaps. sind auf Basis der Angabe in mg nicht austauschbar.
>18 J.: 1×tgl. 1 Kaps. zu 61 mg oder 4 Kaps. zu 20 mg, evtl. auf 1×tgl. 1 Kaps. zu 20 mg reduzieren.

Kontraindikation
Schwangerschaft (bis 1 Mon. nach Therapie), Stillzeit.
