Therapie
Antineoplastika > CAR-T-Zellen
Indikation
Rezidiviertes oder refraktäres diffus grosszelliges B-Zell-Lymphom und primär mediastinales grosszelliges B-Zell-Lymphom nach ≥2 systemischen Therapielinien, rezidiviertes oder refraktäres follikuläres Lymphom nach ≥3 systemischen Therapielinien.
Dosierung
Vorbehandlung: 500 mg/m2 Cyclophosphamid i.v. und 30 mg/m2 Fludarabin i.v. am 5., 4. und 3. Tag vor Yescarta; Prämedikation: 500–1000 mg Paracetamol p.o. und 12,5 mg Diphenhydramin i.v. oder p.o. ca. 1 h vor Inf. von Yescarta.
>18 J.: einmalige i.v. Inf. von 2×106 Anti-CD19-CAR-T-Zellen/kg (≥100 kg: max. 2×108 Anti-CD19-CAR-T-Zellen).
>18 J.: einmalige i.v. Inf. von 2×106 Anti-CD19-CAR-T-Zellen/kg (≥100 kg: max. 2×108 Anti-CD19-CAR-T-Zellen).
Kontraindikation
Schwangerschaft.
