Therapie
Antiepileptika > Andere Antiepileptika > Stiripentol
Indikation
Zusatztherapie in Kombination mit Clobazam und Valproat bei refraktären generalisierten tonisch-klonischen Anfällen bei schwerer myoklonischer Epilepsie im Kindesalter (Dravet-Syndrom).
Dosierung
In 2–3 Gaben, mit dem Essen, mit kohlensäurefreiem Wasser.
>12 J.: 1. Wo.: 20 mg/kg/Tag, 2. Wo.: 30 mg/kg/Tag, dann Tagesdosis um 5 mg/kg/Wo. erhöhen bis max. 50 mg/kg/Tag.
6–12 J.: 1. Wo.: 20 mg/kg/Tag, 2. Wo.: 30 mg/kg/Tag, 3. Wo.: 40 mg/kg/Tag, ab 4. Wo.: 50 mg/kg/Tag.
<6 J.: 1. Wo.: 20 mg/kg/Tag, 2. Wo.: 30 mg/kg/Tag, ab 3. Wo.: 50 mg/kg/Tag.
>12 J.: 1. Wo.: 20 mg/kg/Tag, 2. Wo.: 30 mg/kg/Tag, dann Tagesdosis um 5 mg/kg/Wo. erhöhen bis max. 50 mg/kg/Tag.
6–12 J.: 1. Wo.: 20 mg/kg/Tag, 2. Wo.: 30 mg/kg/Tag, 3. Wo.: 40 mg/kg/Tag, ab 4. Wo.: 50 mg/kg/Tag.

Kontraindikation
Psychosen mit deliranten Anfällen in der Anamnese. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.
