Therapie
Indikation
Akuttherapie der leichten bis mittelschweren Colitis ulcerosa.
Dosierung
1 h vor dem Essen.
>18 J.: 3×tgl. 1 g.
6–18 J.: initial 30–50 mg/kg/Tag in 3 Gaben, max. 75 mg/kg/Tag (max. 3 g tgl.); generelle Empfehlung: ≤40 kg: ½ Erwachsenen-Dosis, >40 kg: normale Erwachsenen-Dosis.

Kontraindikation
Schwere Leberfunktionsstörung, schwere Nierenfunktionsstörung. Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit «FI».
