Therapie
Antidepressiva > Serotonin-Antagonist und Wiederaufnahme-Hemmer
Indikation
Depressionen mit oder ohne Angststörung.
Dosierung
In 1 Gabe vor dem Schlafen oder in mehreren Gaben nach dem Essen (höchste Dosis vor dem Schlafen).
>18 J.: initial: 75–150 mg tgl., evtl. schrittweise erhöhen bis 300 mg tgl.; stationär: bis 600 mg tgl. in mehreren Gaben.
Ältere oder geschwächte Patienten: initial 100 mg tgl., evtl. schrittweise bis max. 300 mg tgl. erhöhen.

Kontraindikation
Akuter Herzinfarkt, Alkoholintoxikation, Hypnotika-Intoxikation, Galaktose-Intoleranz, Laktasemangel, Glucose-Galaktose-Malabsorption. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit. <18 J.
