Indikation
Essentielle Thrombozythämie bei Risikopatienten.
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
>18 J.: initial 0,5–1 mg tgl. während min. 1 Wo., evtl. Tagesdosis wöchentlich um max. 0,5 mg erhöhen bis max. 5 mg tgl.; Tagesdosen >0,5 mg: in 2–3 Gaben, max. Einzeldosis: 2,5 mg.
<18 J.: «FI».

Kontraindikation
Laktose-Intoleranz, kardiovaskuläre Erkrankung Grad 3 mit negativer Nutzen-Risiko Bewertung und Grad 4 (South West Oncology Group), mittelschwere bis schwere Leberinsuffizienz, Niereninsuffizienz (Clcr <50 ml/Min.). Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit.
