Indikation
Frauen und Mädchen 9–45 J.: Prophylaxe von Zervixkarzinom, Vulvakarzinom, Vaginalkarzinom, Analkarzinom, prämalignen Läsionen im Anogenitalbereich und Condylomata acuminata.
Männer und Jungen 9–26 J.: Prophylaxe von Analkarzinom, prämalignen Analläsionen und Condylomata acuminata.
Männer und Jungen 9–26 J.: Prophylaxe von Analkarzinom, prämalignen Analläsionen und Condylomata acuminata.
Dosierung
I.m. (M. deltoideus oder anterolateraler Oberschenkel).
>9 J.: je 1 Dosis in den Monaten 0/2/6, 2. Dosis frühestens 1 Mon. nach 1. Dosis und 3. Dosis frühestens 3 Mon. nach 2. Dosis, alle 3 Dosen sind innerhalb von 12 Mon. zu verabreichen.
Alternative in 2 Dosen 9–15 J.: je 1 Dosis in den Monaten 0 und 5–13; falls die 2. Dosis früher als 5 Mon. nach der 1. Dosis verabreicht wird, soll immer eine 3. Dosis verabreicht werden.
>9 J.: je 1 Dosis in den Monaten 0/2/6, 2. Dosis frühestens 1 Mon. nach 1. Dosis und 3. Dosis frühestens 3 Mon. nach 2. Dosis, alle 3 Dosen sind innerhalb von 12 Mon. zu verabreichen.

Kontraindikation
Akute schwere fieberhafte Erkrankung. Schwangerschaft.
