Akuttherapie und Rezidivprophylaxe der Colitis ulcerosa.
Dosierung
Akuter Schub: >18 J.: 3×tgl. 800 mg, evtl. bis 4,8 g tgl. erhöhen.
Rezidivprophylaxe: >18 J.: 3×tgl. 400 mg.
Rezidivprophylaxe: >18 J.: 3×tgl. 400 mg.
Kontraindikation
Schwere Leberfunktionsstörung, schwere Nierenfunktionsstörung, peptisches Ulkus, hämorrhagische Diathese. <2 J.
