Therapie
Vitamine/Tonika/Roborantien > Vitamin D > Calcitriol
Indikation
Postmenopausale Osteoporose, renale Osteodystrophie, Hypoparathyreoidismus, Pseudohypoparathyreoidismus, Rachitis.
Dosierung
Individuell, gemäss Kalzämie.
Osteoporose: 2×tgl. 0,25 µg.
Osteodystrophie: initial 0,25 µg tgl. oder jeden 2. Tag, evtl. alle 2–4 Wo. um 0,25 µg tgl. erhöhen; Stosstherapie (bei Unwirksamkeit der kontinuierlichen Therapie): initial 0,1 µg/kg/Wo. in 2–3 Gaben nachtsüber; max. 12 µg/Wo.
Hypoparathyreoidismus, Rachitis: initial 0,25 µg tgl. morgens, evtl. alle 2–4 Wo. erhöhen.
Osteoporose: 2×tgl. 0,25 µg.
Osteodystrophie: initial 0,25 µg tgl. oder jeden 2. Tag, evtl. alle 2–4 Wo. um 0,25 µg tgl. erhöhen; Stosstherapie (bei Unwirksamkeit der kontinuierlichen Therapie): initial 0,1 µg/kg/Wo. in 2–3 Gaben nachtsüber; max. 12 µg/Wo.

Kontraindikation
Hyperkalzämie, Hypervitaminose D. Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit «FI».
