Therapie
Mineralstoffe > Zink
Indikation
Zinkmangel, erhöhter Zinkbedarf (z.B. Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit, nach Operationen, Traumen oder Verbrennungen), M. Wilson, Acrodermatitis enteropathica.
Dosierung
Min. 1 h vor oder 2 h nach dem Essen.
Mangel, erhöhter Bedarf: >18 J.: 1–2 Tabl. tgl.
Therapie mit Penicillamin und anderen Chelatbildnern: >18 J.: 1 Tabl. tgl.
Acrodermatitis enteropathica: >18 J.: bis 5 Tabl. tgl.
M. Wilson: >18 J.: 2–3×tgl. 2–3 Tabl., min. 80 mg tgl.
Mangel, erhöhter Bedarf: >18 J.: 1–2 Tabl. tgl.
Therapie mit Penicillamin und anderen Chelatbildnern: >18 J.: 1 Tabl. tgl.

Kontraindikation
Schwere Niereninsuffizienz, akutes Nierenversagen, bei M. Wilson in Kombination mit Chelatbildnern (Penicillamin, EDTA, Trientin).
