Therapie
Antiemetika > 5-HT3-Antagonisten > Granisetron
Indikation
Prophylaxe und Therapie von Nausea und Erbrechen bei Chemotherapie oder Radiotherapie, Therapie postoperativer Nausea und Erbrechen.
Dosierung
I.v. Inf. über 5 Min. nach Verdünnung in 20–50 ml (Kinder: 10–30 ml) NaCl 0,9%, Glucose 5%, Ringer-Laktat, weitere «FI»; i.v. Inj. über 30 s.
Chemo- und Radiotherapie (Prophylaxe)
Erw. >50 kg: 3 mg vor Beginn der Therapie.
Erw. <50 kg: 20–40 µg/kg vor Beginn der Therapie.
Kinder >2 J.: Chemotherapie: 20 µg/kg als i.v. Inf. 5 Min. vor Beginn der Therapie.
Chemo- und Radiotherapie (Therapie)
Erw.: evtl. innerhalb von 24 h bis zu 2 zusätzliche Inf. zu max. 3 mg im Abstand von min. 10 Min., max. 9 mg/24 h.
Kinder >2 J.: Chemotherapie: evtl. innerhalb von 24 h bis zu 2 zusätzliche Inf. von 20 µg/kg im Abstand von min. 10 Min., max. 3×20 µg/kg/24 h.
Postoperativ
>18 J.: Einmaldosis von 1 mg (evtl. bis 3 mg) als i.v. Inj.
Chemo- und Radiotherapie (Prophylaxe)
Erw. >50 kg: 3 mg vor Beginn der Therapie.
Erw. <50 kg: 20–40 µg/kg vor Beginn der Therapie.
