Monotherapie
>16 J.: 2×tgl. 250 mg während 2 Wo., dann 2×tgl. 500 mg, evtl. Tagesdosis alle 2 Wo. um 2×tgl. 250 mg erhöhen, max. 2×tgl. 1500 mg.
Zusatztherapie
>18 J., 4–18 J. und ≥40 kg (4–12 J.: nur partielle Epilepsie): initial 2×tgl. 500 mg, evtl. Tagesdosis alle 2–4 Wo. um 2×tgl. 500 mg erhöhen bis 2×tgl. 1500 mg.
4–18 J. und <40 kg (4–12 J.: nur partielle Epilepsie): initial 2×tgl. 10 mg/kg, evtl. Tagesdosis alle 2–4 Wo. um 2×tgl. 10 mg/kg erhöhen bis max. 2×tgl. 30 mg/kg.
