Therapie
Indikation
Maligne Tumoren von Rektum, Kolon, Mamma, Magen, Pankreas, Leber, Uterus, Zervix, Ovar und Blase.
Dosierung
Langsame i.v. Bolus-Inj.; i.v. Inf. über 24 h nach Verdünnung in 250 ml NaCl 0,9% oder Glucose 5%.
>18 J.: 300–600 mg/m2 als Mono- oder Kombinationstherapie, max. 1 g tgl.

Kontraindikation
Schwere Infektion, Myelosuppression, schwere Leberfunktionsstörung, schlechter Allgemeinzustand, gleichzeitige Impfung, Kontakt mit Polioimpflingen, vollständiger Dihydropyrimidin-Dehydrogenase-Mangel, gleichzeitig mit und bis 4 Wo. nach Brivudin. Fortpflanzung beim Mann (bis 3 Mon. nach Therapie), Fortpflanzung bei der Frau (bis min. 6 Mon. nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.
