Antidepressiva > Johanniskraut (inkl. Kombinationen)
Indikation
Gemütsverstimmungen, Nervosität, begleitende Schlafstörungen.
Dosierung
Mit oder nach dem Essen; Kinder >6 J., Jugendl.: nur auf ärztlichen Rat; Therapiedauer: min. 4–6 Wo., unter ärztlicher Kontrolle auch länger.
>12 J.: 2×tgl. 1 Tabl. 250 oder 1×tgl. 1 Tabl. 500, max. 500 mg tgl.
6–12 J.: 1 Tabl. 250 tgl.
>12 J.: 2×tgl. 1 Tabl. 250 oder 1×tgl. 1 Tabl. 500, max. 500 mg tgl.

Kontraindikation
Lichtüberempfindlichkeit, gleichzeitig mit Antidepressiva oder anderen serotoninergen Substanzen «FI». <6 J.
