Erhalt, inaktive CMV-Retinitis: 1×tgl. 900 mg.
Prophylaxe bei Transplantation: 1×tgl. 900 mg, innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach der Transplantation beginnen und bis zum 100. Tag (Niere: 200. Tag) nach der Transplantation fortführen.
