Therapie
Indikation
Akuttherapie und Rezidivprophylaxe der Colitis ulcerosa.
Dosierung
Vor dem Essen.
>18 Jahre
Akuter Schub: 3×tgl. 500 mg, evtl. auf 3×tgl. 1 g erhöhen.
Rezidivprophylaxe: 3×tgl. 250 mg oder 2×tgl. 500 mg.
6–18 Jahre
Akuter Schub: 30–50 mg/kg/Tag in 3 Gaben.
Generelle Empfehlung: ≤40 kg: ½ Erwachsenen-Dosis, >40 kg: normale Erwachsenen-Dosis.
>18 Jahre
Akuter Schub: 3×tgl. 500 mg, evtl. auf 3×tgl. 1 g erhöhen.
Rezidivprophylaxe: 3×tgl. 250 mg oder 2×tgl. 500 mg.

Kontraindikation
Schwere Leberfunktionsstörung, schwere Nierenfunktionsstörung. Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit «FI».
