Bronchialkarzinom (Monotherapie): >18 J.: initial 60 mg/m2/Wo. p.o., nach 3. Dosis evtl. auf 80 mg/m2/Wo. erhöhen «FI», total 6 Zyklen.
Bronchialkarzinom (mit Platinderivat): >18 J.: Tag 1: 25 mg/m2 i.v. (mit 100 mg/m2 Cisplatin), dann 60 mg/m2 p.o. am Tag 8, 15 und 22, Zyklus evtl. alle 4 Wo. wiederholen, alternativ: evtl. Vinorelbin am Tag 1 und 8 alle 3 Wo.
Mammakarzinom (Monotherapie): >18 J.: initial 60 mg/m2/Wo. p.o., nach 3. Dosis evtl. auf 80 mg/m2/Wo. erhöhen «FI», total 6 Zyklen.
Mammakarzinom (mit Capecitabin): >18 J.: 1. Anwendung i.v., dann 60–80 mg/m2/Wo. p.o., alternativ: erste Anwendung p.o., z.B. am Tag 1 und 8 alle 3 Wo.
