>13 ans: 75 mg 2×/j.
1–13 ans: >40 kg: 75 mg 2×/j.; 23–40 kg: 60 mg 2×/j.; 15–23 kg: 45 mg 2×/j.; ≤15 kg: 30 mg 2×/j.
6–12 mois: seulement lors de pandémies: 3 mg/kg 2×/j.
Prévention
Début au cours des 48 h après contact, durée du traitement: 10 j. (efficacité prouvée jusqu'à 6 sem. lors d'épidémies), immunodéprimés: jusqu'à 12 sem.
>13 ans: 75 mg 1×/j.
1–13 ans: >40 kg: 75 mg 1×/j.; 23–40 kg: 60 mg 1×/j.; 15–23 kg: 45 mg 1×/j.; ≤15 kg: 30 mg 1×/j.
