Rezidiviertes oder refraktäres systemisches ALK-positives anaplastisch-grosszelliges Lymphom (ALCL); nicht resezierbarer, rezidivierender oder refraktärer ALK-positiver, inflammatorischer myofibroblastischer Tumor (IMT).
ALK-positives oder ROS-1-positives NSCLC: >18 J.: 2×tgl. 250 mg.
ALK-positives ALCL oder ALK-positiver IMT: 1–18 J.: 2×tgl. 280 mg/m2 «FI».
