Therapie
Narkosemittel > Parenterale Anästhetika > Ketamin
Indikation
Einleitung und Erhalt einer Vollnarkose als Monoanästhetikum oder in Kombination.
Dosierung
I.v.: >3 Mon.: i.v. Inj. über ca. 60 Sek.: initial: 0,7–2 mg/kg (sehr alte Patienten, Risikopatienten: 0,5 mg/kg), Erhalt: ½–1 Initialdosis, Dauerinf. «FI»; Geburtshilfe: 0,2–1 mg/kg.
I.m.: >3 Mon.: initial: 4–8 mg/kg, Erhalt: ½–1 Initialdosis.

Kontraindikation
Hypertonie (>180/100 mmHg), erhebliche Gefährdung bei Blutdruckanstieg, (Prä-)Eklampsie, Hyperthyreose. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.
