Primäre Immundefekte: initial: 0,4–0,8 g/kg, dann 0,2–0,8 g/kg alle 3–4 Wo. (min. 0,2 g/kg alle 3–4 Wo.), angestrebte IgG-Talspiegel: min. 5–6 g/l.
Schwere sekundäre Hypogammaglobulinämie und rezidivierende Infektionen bei Myelom oder chronischer lymphatischer Leukämie, rezidivierende Infektionen bei Kindern mit angeborenem Aids, sekundäre Immundefekte: 0,2–0,4 g/kg alle 3–4 Wo., angestrebte IgG-Talspiegel «FI».
Idiopathische thrombopenische Purpura: Erw., Kinder: akute Episode: 1. Tag 0,8–1,0 g/kg, evtl. 1× wiederholen innerhalb von 3 Tagen, Alternativ: 0,4 g/kg/Tag während 2–5 Tagen, evtl. wiederholen.
Guillain-Barré-Syndrom: 0,4 g/kg/Tag während 5 Tagen, bei Rezidiv evtl. wiederholen.
Kawasaki-Syndrom: in Kombination mit ASS: einmalige Dosis von 2,0 g/kg.
CIDP: initial 2 g/kg verteilt über 2–5 Tage, Erhalt: alle 3 Wo. 1 g/kg über 1–2 Tage.
MMN: initial: 2 g/kg über 2–5 Tage, Erhalt: 1 g/kg alle 2–4 Wo. oder 2 g/kg alle 4–8 Wo.
Hypogammaglobulinämie (<4 g/l) bei allogener Knochenmarkstransplantation: 0,2–0,4 g/kg alle 3–4 Wo., angestrebter IgG-Talspiegel: >5 g/l.
