Indikation
Neuropathische Schmerzen ab 18 J.
Dosierung
Direkt nach dem Abendessen.
>18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 165 mg, evtl. Dosis innerhalb von 1 Wo. auf 1×tgl. 330 mg erhöhen, max. 1×tgl. 660 mg; Umstellung von Pregabalin-Formulierungen mit sofortiger Wirkstofffreisetzung «FI».
>18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 165 mg, evtl. Dosis innerhalb von 1 Wo. auf 1×tgl. 330 mg erhöhen, max. 1×tgl. 660 mg; Umstellung von Pregabalin-Formulierungen mit sofortiger Wirkstofffreisetzung «FI».
Kontraindikation
Fortpflanzung bei der Frau, Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.
