Antepartale Prophylaxe: 300 µg in der 28.–30. Schwangerschaftswoche (evtl. später).
Antepartale Komplikation oder Eingriff: 300 µg so rasch wie möglich innerhalb 72 h (evtl. später) nach Komplikation bzw. Eingriff, bis zur Geburt alle 12 Wo. wiederholen.
Invasive pränatale Diagnostik: 300 µg so rasch wie möglich innerhalb 72 h.
Postpartale Prophylaxe: 300 µg so rasch wie möglich innerhalb 72 h (evtl. später) nach Geburt (bekannte oder vermutete übermässige fetomaternale Hämorrhagie «FI»).
Inkompatible Transfusionen: alle Altersgruppen: 10 µg/0,5 ml Erythrozytenkonzentrat bzw. 10 µg/1 ml transfundiertem Blut i.v. (i.m. «FI»), max. 3000 µg.
