Carence en fer.
Posologie
Avec les repas.
Anémie ferriprive
>12 ans: 100–300 mg/j.
1–12 ans: 50–100 mg/j.
<1 an: 25–50 mg/j.
Durée du traitement: d'env. 3–5 mois.
Carence en fer sans anémie
>12 ans: 50–100 mg/j.
1–12 ans: 25–50 mg/j.
<1 an: 15–25 mg/j.
Durée du traitement: d'env. 1–2 mois.
Prématurés: 2,5–5 mg/kg/j., durée du traitement: 3–5 mois.
Anémie ferriprive
>12 ans: 100–300 mg/j.
1–12 ans: 50–100 mg/j.
<1 an: 25–50 mg/j.
Durée du traitement: d'env. 3–5 mois.
