S.c. ou i.m. 30 min avant l'anesthésie ou i.v. 1–3 min avant l'anesthésie.
>40 kg: 0,5–1 mg.
Enfants <40 kg: «IPr».
Bradycardie aiguë
Adultes: 0,5–1 mg i.v., év. répéter après 3–5 min, dose totale max.: 3 mg, puis év. toutes les 4–6 h s.c. ou i.v.
Enfants: i.v.: min. 0,1 mg, dose unitaire max.: 0,45 mg (adol. 1 mg), év. répéter après 5 min, dose totale max.: 1 mg (adol. 2 mg).
Intoxication aux organophosphorés
Adultes: i.v.: au début 1–6 mg, puis toutes les 5–60 min.
Enfants: i.m. ou i.v.: 0,05 mg/kg, répéter toutes les 20–30 min.
Intoxication aux carbamates
I.v. ou i.m.: 1–2 mg, év. répéter toutes les 20–30 min.
