Corvaton: >18 ans: 1 cp. 2–3×/j., év. ½ cp. 2×/j. ou 2 cp. 3×/j.

Corvaton retard: >18 ans: 1 cp. 1–2(–3)×/j., év. ½ cp. 2×/j.

Contre-indications
Défaillance circulatoire aiguë, hypotension sévère (<100 mmHg), traitement de la crise d'angor, en association aux inhibiteurs de la phosphodiestérase ou aux stimulateurs de la guanylate cyclase soluble; allaitement.
