Indications
Maladie veino-occlusive hépatique sévère dans le cadre de la transplantation de cellules souches hématopoïétiques.
Posologie
Perf. i.v. sur 2 h après dilution dans glucose 5% ou NaCl 0,9% (concentration finale: 4–20 mg/ml).
>1 mois: 6,25 mg/kg toutes les 6 h pendant min. 21 j.
>1 mois: 6,25 mg/kg toutes les 6 h pendant min. 21 j.
Contre-indications
En association à un traitement thrombolytique (p.ex. t-PA); procréation chez la femme (jusqu'à 1 sem. après le traitement), grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
