BREVIER
Indications
Mésothéliome pleural malin en association au cisplatine; carcinome pulmonaire non à petites cellules (sauf prédominance épidermoïde) localement avancé ou métastatique: en association au cisplatine (1er choix), en monothérapie après chimiothérapie ou comme traitement d'entretien après 4 cycles de chimiothérapie à base de platine.
Posologie
Dilution dans glucose 5% ou NaCl 0,9% à 100 ml.
>18 ans: 500 mg/m2 en perf. i.v. de 10 min (association: après 30 min, 75 mg/m2 cisplatine en perf. i.v. de 2 h) le 1er j. de chaque cycle de 21 j.; prémédication/comédication avec acide folique, vit. B12 et corticoïdes «IPr».
Contre-indications
Insuffisance hépatique modérée à sévère, insuffisance rénale (Clcr <45 ml/min); grossesse, allaitement.
