BREVIER
Indications
Infection à VIH-1 chez les adultes naïfs de traitement avec ≤100'000 copies/ml d'ARN-VIH-1 au début du traitement et sans mutations du VIH-1 associées à des résistances aux principes actifs d'Odefsey; en remplacement du traitement antirétroviral actuel chez les adultes n'ayant pas présenté d'échec thérapeutique virologique, en suppression virologique (<50 copies/ml d'ARN-VIH-1) depuis au moins 6 mois et n'ayant jamais présenté de mutations du VIH-1 associées à des résistances aux principes actifs d'Odefsey.
Posologie
>18 ans: 1 cp. 1×/j. avec un repas.
Contre-indications
En association à la dexaméthasone par voie systémique (sauf dose unique), aux anticonvulsivants tels que carbamazépine, oxcarbazépine, phénobarbital, phénytoïne, aux antimycobactériens tels que rifabutine, rifampicine, rifapentine, aux inhibiteurs de la pompe à protons ou au millepertuis; procréation chez l'homme et la femme, grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
